Project Overview
This private residential project represents a full end-to-end delivery by Ghana Consultations &
Construction Agency, from land acquisition to completed home and site infrastructure.
Land Acquisition & Legal Services
Ghana Consultations successfully assisted the client with:
- Acquisition of one(1) plots of land
- Full land registration and documentation
- Securing all required building permits
- Coordination and approval of architectural blueprints
- Complete handling of all related government and legal paperwork
Site Preparation & Development
Our team managed full site readiness, including:
- Land clearing and preparation
- Construction of a 8ft, perimeter fence wall
- Installation of electrical security wiring along the fence wall
- Strategic planting of 10+ trees, including bananas, plantains, palm, coconut, and other vegetation, creating natural privacy and long-term sustainability.
Residential Construction
We designed and constructed a:
Two-story custom residential home
- 3 bedrooms
- 3.5 bathrooms
Water & Storage Infrastructure
To ensure lifelong water security, Ghana Consultations provided:
- A private borehole water system (no monthly water bills)
- Construction of 1 dedicated storage rooms
- Installation of an elevated 10L Polytank system above an outdoor washroom structure for optimal water storage and pressure
For safety and peace of mind, we installed:
- A comprehensive camera surveillance system
- Cameras positioned around the main storage facility
