- Full land registration and documentation
- Securing all required building permits
- Coordination and approval of architectural blueprints
- Complete handling of all related government and legal paperwork

Site Preparation & Development
Our team managed full site readiness, including:
- Land clearing and preparation
- Construction of a 4ft, perimeter fence wall
- Strategic planting of 15+ trees, including bananas, plantains, palm, coconut, and other vegetation, creating natural privacy and long-term sustainability.
Residential Construction
We designed and constructed a:
Two-story custom residential home
